Or maybe someone falsely assumed you had blocked them, and got upset with you because the get the same. Sometimes i get this error sometimes i don't get this error but now i'm getting it constantly. So i texted a friend, and received this in response free msg:

Receiver unable to receive message blocking is active. I have to resend the text and wait to see it finally went through. I've searched all over my phone and cannot find how blocking is active!
